IMPORTANT!

This is a notice to let all members know that HeLlDeMoN will be innactive for a while as a result of being grounded, I am going to be sitting his account, if you have a question ask me, if you wish to invite someone ask me, yadda yadda yadda. You get the picture right?

I havn't been "grounded" since I was 13. I'm guessing our leader's a 13 year old..

I've never once ever been grounded and I am only 15 XD.

The things some of our members complain about is amusing.

Eh, he is just messing, Giz is never serious... I just post all these notices up here to make sure everyone knows that everything is not peachy in the world right now in the land of browser based travian soldiers in the way of combat. At least our warriors that is. I don't really obsess about the game at all, if I get burnt down I get burnt down, until then I am going to do what was I had been assigned a leadership position to do and let everyone know what is going on.

Only one complaint thus far, from Smaug dude, and I don't think it is so much complaining as much as asking for aid. What is the trouble in that? You are right about the audience here though, mostly immautre children. I am still a teenager but I am not dense so that gives me a little advantage over the rest of them. Besides... it gives me something to do when I get a little bored, or just before I go to bed.

lol, in th UK, people don't really get grounded. I don't even think we have anything like it... If I have done something bad (which I don't usaly do because I'm a good boy ) i just get sent to my bedroom. I would never get my laptop conviscated.

...Actually being grounded(the term itself) is more relative to being stripped of certain privledges. I own my computer, even though I am only 15, so that priviledge cannot be taken from me, but I do not pay the internet bill. So technically being grounded is when you do something that angers your parents and they take a priviledge away, in this case the internet.(or the computer depending on the situation.)

Like Giz said, I really don't think that there are any super obsessed players in this alliance thankfully. I actually play this game in between writing.(I write a lot, stories, mostly a hobby, not really an occupational pursuit.)This game is just an intermittent activity for me, not really a focus of my life.(If it were then I would need some dire counciling now wouldn't I, besides wouldn't I be a better player, paying for gold if I were obsessed?)

and anyway, if my dad blocks the internet on my laptop, I just use my neighbours. My neighbour gave my the WEP key so that I can use it any time i want.

if i get grounded then i am screwed dependin on what i am grounded from if only video games/comp i paint my models or read if from everthin i cry

awww, i have never been grounded or got a detention at school, until last Friday...

2 weeks ago, there was this crazy German boy in my class called Vincent. when i had arrived at school, he 'Jack-slapped' me (punched me in the balls). My first reaction was to push him away from me with very little force. Then, even more agitated, Vincent came over to me again and whacked me over the face (rather like a slap but with more force). I pushed him away, and he slapped me again.

I turned up to forning registration in my form-room, only to be greeted by a sympathetic class. Everyone was looking at the red mark from the slaps, and as a result, my form tutor Miss. Leach (who everyone likes) came over to see. She sent vince out the classroom, and asked me what happened. I told he what happened, and she went and spoke to Mr. Heather (head of middle school - years 10 and 11 (14-16 year olds)).

A week later, Vince and I were called to Mr. Hether's office. Both of us seemed to tell different stories. He completly denied punching me in the balls and he even said that when I pushed him, he fell down some steps and banged his head! He had no injuries at the time, he was obviously a liar. As a result, Mr. Hether could not tell who was twlling the truth, so he gave both of us an after-school detention on Friday - the last day of term before the summer holiday.

The detention wasnt that bad, there were many other boys there. One of my friends, Matt, had said to a boy from Pakistan "Go back to India you damm imigrant", very racist boy who is bad at Geography. All we had to do was put chairs away from the end-of-term assembly.

After that day, I have never spoken to Vincent since...

Actually to tell the truth I am pacifist and if that had happened to me he would gone through a window. Why did you let yourself get bullied, wanting to avoid violence is one thing but when they throw the first punch you better believe you have to do something about it. It is called self defense XD.

If i use something called 'self defence', I would get told off even more. Apparently, pushing him away from me was too much force in the first place, and that is partly the reason why i got a after-school detention.

school rules today are too strict...

Gad, go back 50 years, and take a look at school system..
